The Office

My office sits at the center of Bellevue WA, surrounded by the energy of a city that's become one of the Pacific Northwest's most desirable places to live. The building is modern and understated — dark facade, clean lines, white 3D signage, and international flags out front that reflect the global reach of the Sotheby's brand. Inside the Space

Walk through the front door and you feel the difference immediately. This isn't your typical real estate office — it's designed to impress, but more importantly, to make you feel at home. A place where you can relax and get a sense of the Sotheby's standard before we even sit down to talk business.

The gallery lounge is the heart of it. Matte black gallery wall with beautiful black-and-white photography, teal bar stools, a grand piano in the corner, a wood slat ceiling with a statement chandelier. It feels less like an office and more like a thoughtfully appointed living room.

Beyond the lounge is a sitting area that begs you to stay a little longer — deep teal sofa, a sleek linear fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, coffee table books stacked just so, and a bar area with warm moody lighting. It's built for conversation, the kind where you can ask the hard questions and feel heard.

Then there's the bright modern lounge — my favorite spot on a sunny afternoon. Plush armchairs, an emerald green sofa, a playful neon sign. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light. I often meet first-time clients here; it puts everyone at ease.
